On January 23, 2021, a lump was found in Chloe leg and it has since been diagnosed as Rhabdomyosarcoma, a rare muscle cancer found in children.
She started treatment on her 7th birthday and is currently 16 weeks into a 42 week treatment plan at The Jimmy Fund, which includes both chemotherapy and radiation. She is doing all of this while continuing to go to school, play lacrosse, be a member of her Daisy girl scout troop and finish out her 1st grade year at Claypit Hill Elementary - usually with a smile on her face and a sparkle in her eye!
